After receiving your Customised Nutrition Overviews and Training Programs and performing your first, Initial Assessment, we’ll have the remaining sessions to make sure you spend enough time with your coach to properly ensure that you know exactly what you need to do, and how to do it. This is where we take off the training wheels, and let you take your first steps towards complete independence when it comes to your health and fitness goals. Empowering you is our goal.

Learn to Measure & Track Progress. Establish a Starting Point

If your trying to get from one place to the next, you absolutely need a map if you want to get there quickly, safely and with the utmost certainty. And more importantly than knowing your destination, you need to know exactly where your at! So, we’ll perform a full assessment on you so that we know exactly where your at, and where you want to be.
