Over the 12 weeks, your nutritional programming must be modified and tweaked in order to engineer a metabolic response. This is essential for achieving results. However, everyone is different. Therefor, each Nutritional Overview designed by your coach is tailored exactly to what you need at that specific point in time. Expect about 4 - 6 phases during the 12-Week Duration.
Periodised Training Programs
In order to provide continuous overload, so that your body is forced to adapt to the varying stimuli, your training programs are ‘Periodised’. Both your strength, and aerobic conditioning programs are scientifically designed just for you depending on your experience and your goals. No generic templates here. Nothing is left to chance. Expect about 2 - 4 Training Programs during the 12-Week Duration.

We leave no stone unturned during the 12-Week CPT. Everything from your unique axiology, mindset, sleep cycles, meal tracker, weight tracker and much more are included in your Client Manual. This is to make sure that as your coach, we put the ball in your court when it comes to accountability. We provide the tools. You use them!
Metabolic Precision Client Manual, Cook Bible & Community Support
Nutrition for dummies! An essential part of the 12-Week CPT is to educate individuals about their metabolisms. It has the need-to-know information you need as someone who is trying to create a healthier, and fitter body. Included in the MP Client Manual, is the Cook Bible. 150+ recipes that are Fast, Delicious and Nutritious, or FDN for short! Eating for body composition doesn’t have to be boring and dull. You just need to know what your doing and how to do it! The Cook Bible has more than enough recipes to help give you that extra kick with your culinary & re-composition quest. Constant Assessment & Progress Checks
The most important part of any transformation is assessing progress. At Complete PT we pride ourselves on constant assessment. Depending on where your at, we’ll choose the best means of assessing your body composition. Not just your weight. Whether it be a DEXA, Photos, Skinfolds or Bio-Electrical Impedance, the more data we can get about what’s happening with your body composition, the easier it is to create a plan to get us to where you need to be! Expect about 4 - 8 Progress Checks during the 12-Week Duration.
